How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches out to Individualhigher Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience phoning or contacting Individualhigher Roofing
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider you were connected with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work done on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Individualhigher Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@individualhigher.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
