How Our Network Works

Request an estimate

Who will I actually talk to?

You'll talk to an independent roofing provider in our network. That's a local business, not Individualhigher Roofing. We make the introduction, and the provider takes it from there.

We don't have staff who visit your home or quote your job. The provider does that.

What happens on the first conversation?

Expect a friendly, practical chat. A provider will usually ask:

  • What's going on with your roof?
  • How old is it, if you know?
  • Have you noticed leaks, missing shingles, or stains?
  • Where is the home located?

Have your photos and notes handy. They make this talk quicker and clearer.

What should I ask a roofing contractor?

Good questions help you compare providers fairly. Try these:

  • Are you licensed and insured in Maryland? Can I see proof?
  • Will you give me a written quote?
  • What materials do you suggest for our weather, and why?
  • Who will be on my roof, and how long might the job take?
  • How do you protect my landscaping and clean up?
  • What does your workmanship warranty cover, in writing?

Typical roof replacements in the U.S. often run from several thousand dollars to well into five figures. Costs vary a lot by size, pitch, and materials. A written quote tells you what your job really involves.

Am I in control here?

Yes, completely. Requesting an estimate doesn't lock you into anything. You can talk to more than one provider, compare quotes, and take your time.

If a provider pushes you to sign on the spot, that's a reason to pause. Ask before you shingle.

Can I get ready ahead of time?

A little prep goes a long way:

  • Take photos of the roof from the ground, and the ceilings inside
  • Note dates of storms and when you first saw a problem
  • Keep any past roof paperwork in one folder

These records also help if you talk to your insurer. Check your policy, since some policies may cover sudden damage.
